Do you know how cheese, dried fruit and jam are made? And will you taste it?
There is certainly something for everyone from the wide range of farm specialties. The farm prepares lunches from local ingredients (cheese, milk, butter, cottage cheese, eggs, poultry, cold cuts). You can taste a wide range of dairy products - fresh, smoked, steamed and aged cheeses, yoghurt and kefir made from goat's and cow's milk. There is also a wide range of sweet specialities made from locally grown fruit. During the excursion you will learn how cheese is made, how fruit is dried and how jams are prepared.
The farm also offers rooms for hire for groups and companies. It can be used for training, community meetings, lectures, social events, etc. Meals and accommodation can always be arranged in advance.
